The Way Forward is Together

Mali Anderson is running for Minnesota State House of Representatives for District 17A.  She is passionate about making a change for rural Minnesotan's in her district.

House District 17A consists of most of McLeod County, including the cities of Hutchinson, Glencoe, Silver Lake and Stewart, the Cokato area of southwest Wright County, three townships in western Sibley County, and the Dassel-Darwin area of southeastern Meeker County.

About Mali

Mali knows what it's like to experience hardship.  She has endured homelessness, is a sexual assault survivor, and a disability advocate.  She recognizes the importance of community and the strength found in the support of government programs for those in need.

Defending Constitutional Rights

Mali believes in defending the human and constitutional rights of all Minnesotans.

Universal Healthcare

Mali understands the importance of healthcare for all.  She expresses gratitude for government programs that have assisted her and her children with housing and medical care and supports the rights of others to have the same opportunities.

Advocating for Affordable and Accessible Housing

Mali will support those looking for more accessible and affordable housing options in the district.  

Supporting Woman-Owned Buisnesses

Mali has a passion for supporting women-owned businesses in the district.
